About Wilson So, LMT

Wilson So is a Licensed Massage Therapist known for blending Eastern wisdom with Western therapeutic massage techniques. Since 2019, he’s helped clients alleviate pain, restore mobility, and feel more balanced in body and mind.
Wilsons’s therapeutic philosophy: “I aim to get effective results with comfortable pressure– firm enough to help, gentle enough to avoid further muscle strain. I prioritize long-term wellness over excessive force. Thus, my massage techniques are practiced with light to medium pressure, rather than heavy pressure.”
Wilson does also offer deep tissue massage but likes to remind clients that deep tissue massage does not mean heavy pressure, but rather methods that are utilized to access muscle layers below surface levels of tissue. Wilson accomplishes this with light to moderate pressure.
His treatments integrate Tuina, Thai massage, dynamic cupping, Gua Sha, acupressure, and orthopedic bodywork, along with insights from Ayurveda and Tai Chi movement to support energy flow and deep healing.
Wilson is very happy to work with clients of all ages, but he specializes in working with older adults– offering them safe, effective care tailored to reduce pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.
As part of the Mind-Body Acupuncture & Massage team, he provides compassionate, personalized therapy rooted in tradition and informed by modern anatomy.
Outside the clinic, Wilson continues to grow through daily Qigong, Tai Chi, and yoga practice, deepening his lifelong journey in holistic health.
What Dr Aaron Cashman says about his massage experiences from Wilson So, LMT:
“Wilson has a very calming, peaceful presence and is quite a talented and intuitive healer and practitioner. My first session with him combined East Asian Tuina with Swedish oil massage and a bit of moving cupping. It was a blissful combination and I felt deeply relaxed and renewed after the session.
The second session was more of a targeted deep tissue massage (medium pressure) focused on my upper back and neck– very different from the first massage but also very effective and highlighted Wilson’s broad range of talents and techniques.”
